Terms of Service
The rules for using My SSO.
Last updated: 19th August 2026
1. Who we are
My SSO ("the Service") is operated by cr0bar Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 07332447. Our registered office is Suite 5 Admirals Yard, Low Road, Hunslet, Leeds, England, LS10 1AE.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
3. What the Service does
The Service is an identity and single sign-on (SSO) provider. It lets you create and manage an account, secure it with methods such as a password, one-time codes, or passkeys, and use that account to sign in to other applications ("connected apps") that have integrated with us.
4. Your account
- You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials (password, authenticator app, security keys) confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
- You must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- One person or organisation may not maintain multiple accounts to evade suspension or abuse controls.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's account, our systems, or any connected app;
- interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service (for example, through scraping, automated abuse, or attempts to bypass rate limits or security controls);
- reverse engineer, probe, or scan the Service except as permitted under our vulnerability disclosure practices; or
- use the Service to transmit malware or engage in phishing, fraud, or impersonation.
6. Connected apps and third parties
When you use your account to sign in to a connected app, that app's own terms and privacy policy govern your relationship with it. We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of connected apps. You choose which information is shared with a connected app at the point you authorise it, and you can review or revoke that access from your account at any time.
7. Availability and changes to the Service
We aim to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, or change or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where practical. Nothing in this clause affects any separate service level commitment we have given you in writing.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, misused the Service, or where required to comply with law, security, or fraud prevention obligations. Where practical, we will give you notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue first.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding except as needed to use the Service normally.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales.
Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, business, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Where the Service is provided to you free of charge, our total liability to you is limited to £0.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including those under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the Service or in the law. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (such as by email or an in-app notice) before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
13. General
- If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continue in effect.
- Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
